Laura is the Managing Director at Narragansett Ventures, an investment advisory firm focused on strategic innovation, digital business transformation, and growth investing. In her early career, Laura was at the forefront of the emerging internet, transitioning traditional established companies into the digital age. As President of Marketing Corporation of America (MCA), she advised Fortune 50 organizations on their digital marketing strategies. Laura was one of the early principles at Digitas, where she grew the company into the industry’s leading global digital integrated marketing agency, serving as global CEO. She also served on the operating committee of the holding company Publicis Groupe where she was responsible for five of the Groupe’s pure play digital, mobile, and social companies growing the global portfolio of agencies into the largest world-wide digital network with offices in 20 countries. Laura was also Chief Executive Officer of Time Inc., a division of Time Warner, one of the largest branded media companies in the world. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the VF Corporation, and several private companies as well as the board of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. A graduate of Tufts University, Laura also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
